How do I join?

My programmes are all bespoke and personalised to each individual, so I offer a free 30 minute consultation call which is an opportunity for us to see if Grow With Moll is a good fit for you, and for you to ask any questions that you may have. Just fill in the form to book a call and we will go from there!

Do I have to have a certain level of experience?

No, not at all! I have coached clients who have never stepped foot in the gym so if this sounds like you please don't worry!

Can I join if I don't have access to a gym?

Absolutely! Workout programs can be adapted to both home and gym environments. It is also no problem if you want to do some of your weekly workouts at home, and the rest at a gym.

Do I have to set nutrition targets if I don't have the best relationship with food/tracking?

Absolutely not! I understand that changing your relationship with nutrition can be a vulnerable process, and I will never force any of my clients to track if they don’t feel comfortable with it.

Is there an age limit?

16+ (with parental consent)

Otherwise 18+

Do I have to be in the UK to join?

NO! The beauty of online coaching means that I can coach you wherever you are in the world!

Can you just do nutrition?

Yes! I do offer a nutrition-only package. Fitness and nutrition do, however, go hand in hand. So if you are planning to begin, or continue, working out I would always recommend opting for both fitness and nutrition guidance. 

Are you a qualified PT?

Yes, I am. I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer and did my qualifications with a CIMSPA certified provider.
